By accessing and using travel2gether.co (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

travel2gether.co is a web application that helps travellers track the countries, territories and places they have visited, plan future trips, manage travel documents such as passports, visas and insurance with expiry reminders, and connect with other travellers through community features.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use travel2gether.co only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

You must not:

• Use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of others or restricts or inhibits their use of the Service
• Upload malicious files, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from the Service without prior written consent
• Transmit unsolicited advertising or spam through the Service
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users through community features, forums, or messages

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@travel2gether.co if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a manner that is harmful to other users or to the Service.

4. Free Service

travel2gether.co is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

5. Your Content

You may upload documents, images, and other files to the Service, and post content in community areas such as the forum. You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Panni Property Management Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or post does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable law. We do not review user-uploaded content, but we may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Notifications and Reminders

The Service is designed to help you track expiry dates and send reminders. While we take reasonable steps to ensure reliability, we cannot guarantee that all reminders will be delivered on time or at all due to factors outside our control (such as email delivery failures or incorrect contact details provided by you). You remain solely responsible for monitoring your own document expiry dates.

7. Intellectual Property

All content forming part of the travel2gether platform — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, and logos — is the property of Panni Property Management Ltd and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any such content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing on travel2gether.co — including visa requirement information and best-time-to-visit guidance — constitutes legal, financial, immigration, or professional advice of any kind. Always verify entry requirements with official sources before travelling.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Panni Property Management Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — including but not limited to missed document renewals, refused entry, penalties, or loss of data — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, booking platforms). These links are provided for convenience only, and some may be affiliate links. Panni Property Management Ltd has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
